The template starts without asking for a name. Voters don't see who voted or how — only you as the host see the results. If your bylaws need an attributable vote, switch on “Ask for name”.
Response deadline with auto-close
Set a response deadline and let the poll close itself after that date — or close it manually whenever you want. After that, nobody can vote or change their vote.
